The Start of the Shroomery

The Undercliff Shroomery started in November 2025, after a love of mushroom foraging got a little bit out of control!

What began with a grow tent and a couple of spores has grown into a small, independent shroomery with a big love for speciality gourmet mushrooms and a belief that good food should be grown as close to home as possible.

​

We believe in doing things with care. Growing sustainably, working with what we have, minimising waste and producing fresh, speciality mushrooms right here on the Isle of Wight.

​

Now, we're looking to grow the Shroomery into something even bigger. We've been lucky enough to link up with some brilliant local producers across the Island, and we're excited about what might happen when small, independent businesses start growing together.

So, whether you've found us through a box of freshly picked mushrooms, a market stall, one of our local stockists or our increasingly chaotic corner of the internet, welcome to the Shroomery.
